（中央社台北27日電）中國大陸國務院總理李克強表示，大陸經濟整體平穩，今年能實現經濟發展主要目標；而經濟基本面決定了人民幣不存在長期貶值基礎，大陸有能力維持人民幣匯率在合理均?水準上的基本穩定。

路透報導，世界經濟論壇（WEF）2016年新領軍者年會（又稱第10屆「夏季達沃斯論壇」）26日至28日在天津舉辦。李克強今天出席論壇時，作上述表示。
他強調，將堅持以市場供求為基礎實行有管理的浮動匯率機制，大陸經濟基本面決定人民幣不存在長期貶值的基礎。
他指出，大陸經濟下行壓力仍大，困難不能低估；不過大陸有足夠政策工具保持經濟運行在合理區間，還有充分能力防範系統性區域性風險，當中國大陸經濟出現短期波動時，希望市場平靜看待。
李克強說：「這幾年，（大陸）保持經濟的穩定成長，經濟的增速居世界主要經濟體的前列，而且結構調整取得了積極進展。」
他指出，第二季以來繼續保持穩定成長，夏糧有望再獲豐收，工業企業效益回穩提升，服務業較快發展，物價基本穩定，主要污染物排放繼續下降。
值得一提的是，就業保持穩定，1至5月城鎮新增就業人數達577萬人，完成了全年目標任務的58%；5月31個大城市調查失業率為5.02%，這幾年一直保持在此一水準。
他表示，大陸經濟進入了新常態，面對持續較大的經濟下行壓力，中國大陸沒有搞「大水漫灌」式的強刺激，而是創新宏觀調控方式，大力推進結構性改革，著力培育新動能，改造提升傳統動能。
大陸今年的政府工作報告，將經濟成長（GDP年增率）目標定在6.5%至台中廚房擴建7%區間，第一季實現GDP成長6.7%。1050627
